Design Selections
We provide support for space planning, layout and lighting design decisions. We also work with you to provide specifications and selections for color schemes, finishes, materials, architectural details, fixtures, products, cabinetry, etc. so that your contractors know exactly what you want and can deliver it to your exacting specifications.

Project Support
We can support you in selecting and hiring trusted tradespeople (architects, contractors, painters, etc.), defining project scope and setting budgets. We can also provide project coordination of contractors, tradespeople, installers, and vendors from start to finish.
The Process
We engage in a four stage process to achieve project success.

1. PHASE I: VISIONING
During this phase, we learn everything about YOU. Your lifestyle, your preferences, likes/dislikes, your needs, goals, and wishes for your space.

PHASE II: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
During design development, we translate the vision into design.

PHASE III: FINAL DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS
Once the design plans have been approved, we will start preparing final design drawings and specifications.

PHASE IV: CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
After all of the planning, sketching, and meetings, construction and remodeling work finally begins.
